Terms & Conditions (T&C) – Arivéa (Dropshipping Model)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store jorvai, operated by:

These Terms apply to both consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or profession (§ 13 BGB).
A business is any natural or legal person or partnership acting in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).
2. Contract Partner & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with jorvai.
Product presentations in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an online catalog.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart.
An order confirmation is sent immediately by email and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is concluded when we confirm the order via email or ship the goods.
3. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable.
Additional shipping costs may apply and are clearly displayed during checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are borne by the customer.
4. Payment
Available payment methods include:

- Sofort Banking
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
Payment is charged immediately upon order completion unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping (Dropshipping Model)
We operate a dropshipping business model. Products are shipped directly from international suppliers and logistics partners.
Orders are not shipped from our own warehouse.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
The estimated delivery time is 10–30 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping provider. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs processing or international logistics delays.
If an item is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Velouré until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
If a withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the purchase price after processing the return.
Return Information:
Due to our international dropshipping model, returns may need to be sent to an international warehouse or supplier location. In certain cases, and at our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a physical return of the product.
8. Warranty
Statutory liability for defects applies.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Storage of Contract Text
The contract text is stored and sent to the customer via email along with order details.
11. Data Protection
Information on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
12. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform:

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the registered business address of Velouré, where legally permissible.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
