You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send us a clear statement by email or letter.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The return address will be provided upon request.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Returns

As our products are shipped directly from international suppliers (dropshipping), returns may need to be sent to a separate return address.

Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the correct return address.

In certain cases, we may offer a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
